2. You will not use the AI to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks.
3. You will not use the AI to generate misinformation or to engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activities.
4. You will not input any confidential, sensitive, or personally identifiable information into the AI, unless it has been properly de-identified.
5. Follow the companies acceptable use of AI technology (or) relevant policies.

The user or employee of such legal entity who uses this system is abiding with all terms specified in the company’s acceptable usage policy.

Password Protection

Users are responsible for the proper usage of the system. Password shall be secured safely and follow the company’s password policy in managing their passwords effectively.

Revealing your account user information or passwords to others or allowing use of your account or log-in credentials by others is strictly prohibited and may be against to your company’s policy.

Misuse

Only authorized individuals should log-in to the system, any un-authorized access into the system will be treated as violation against to the given access rights and disciplinary actions may be taken as per your company’s policies.

Data Protection & lawful processing

In no event shall MAXISIT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data or data use, incurred by the user/ employee or any third party.
